A Family Photo Session with Kelli and Chris

As a parent, capturing every single moment of your kids growing up is just amazing, right? Well, Kelli and Chris wanted to do exactly that, so we had a fantastic photo session with their two awesome kids, Bennett and Olivia. But wait, it gets even better! We had four generations there, with Kelli's mom and grandmother joining in on the fun. It was one for the books.

Swann Circle Park was perfect with its beautiful greenery and huge oak trees. This spot is perfect for a family photo session. We scheduled the shoot early in the morning to beat the heat and had the most gorgeous sunshine. Truly though, no matter what time of day, this park has the best light! I could shoot here all day long.

We started with group photos. I like to start big and work my way down. After the group photos, we moved on to individual shots of the kids. They were goofing around and having an absolute blast. It was important for us to capture those candid moments that show off their personalities and the special bond they share as siblings. We got all of the fun combinations of family members, throwing kids in photos here and there. We kept things moving so the smiles wouldn't get tired.

Now here's the best part - Kelli's mom and grandmother joined in on the photo session too! They brought their unique charm to the shoot. It felt so special knowing that we were freezing moments that would be cherished for generations. It was a reminder that family photos are not just about the present, but also about honoring the past and the love that binds us.

The photo session lasted about an hour, and it went so smoothly. As a family photographer, there's nothing better than seeing the joy my clients feel when they see their family photos. It's such an honor to capture these memories for them, and I really hope that these photos bring them endless smiles, laughter, and a sense of togetherness whenever they look at them.

Let me tell you, having your family photos taken is not just about having pretty pictures to hang on your walls or share on social media. It's about creating memories and capturing moments that you'll treasure forever. Whether it's a special occasion or just an ordinary day in your life, taking the time to document your family's story is a gift that you can pass down to future generations.
